1. Gabe is not a doctor

Gabe Gates is not a doctor, a dietitian, a nurse, a therapist, or any kind of licensed health professional. Nothing in this course, the tools, the reference pages, the videos, the emails, or a coaching call is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. It is one person explaining, step by step, the method that worked for his own body over twenty years, so you can try a written version of it on yours.

2. Talk to your own doctor

Before you remove foods, add them back, change how much you eat, start or stop any supplement, or change any medication, check with your own doctor. Anything in this course about medications like Bentyl or Carafate, prednisone, or supplements is Gabe describing what he took and what he asks his own doctor, not a recommendation for you. Only your doctor can tell you what is safe for you.

3. When to stop and get help

Stop the method and see a doctor first if you have blood in your stool or vomit, unexplained weight loss, fever along with stomach pain, pain that wakes you at night or is severe and sudden, vomiting that will not stop or you cannot keep food down, a family history of colon cancer, celiac disease, or inflammatory bowel disease and you have not been screened, symptoms that started after age fifty and have not been evaluated, or any symptom your doctor told you to watch for. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency room. Do not wait on this course, the app, or Gabe.

4. No promises about results

This course does not promise a cure, a diagnosis, or that every trigger food will be found. It does not promise your pain will go away or that what worked for Gabe will work for you. Bodies are different. Any results shown or described are Gabe's own experience, not a guarantee of yours.

5. You are responsible for your own choices

You are choosing to use this course and these tools on your own body, at your own risk. You agree that you are responsible for what you eat, remove, re-test, take, or stop taking, and for deciding when to involve your doctor. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Trigger Food Method LLC and Gabe Gates from any claim, loss, injury, or damage that comes from using the course, the tools, the reference pages, or coaching, and you agree not to hold them responsible for it.

6. Limit on what we owe you

If, despite section 5, Trigger Food Method LLC or Gabe Gates is ever found responsible for something connected to this course or coaching, the most you can recover is the amount you actually paid for the course or the coaching hours involved. Nothing in this agreement takes away rights that the law says cannot be waived where you live.

7. Coaching

Coaching is Gabe going through your food log and lists with you and telling you what he would try next based on his own experience. It is not medical care, therapy, or nutrition counseling. It is booked by the hour. You can cancel or move a session with at least 24 hours notice. A session missed without 24 hours notice is charged. Prepaid hours you have not used are refundable on request.

8. Refunds

The course has a fourteen day refund. Ask within fourteen days of buying, and as long as you have logged your first seven days in the food log, you get your money back, no questions asked. Coaching hours already delivered are not refundable, because that time was given live.

9. Your account and your data

Your account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in, and do not copy or resell the videos, scripts, or tools. Everything you type into the tools, like your food log, lists, and profile, is stored in your account so you can come back to it. You can export your food log at any time. Gabe can see your log and lists so he can coach you. We do not sell your data. If you want your account and data deleted, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement. The version date is shown at the top. If it changes in a way that matters, you will be asked to read and accept it again the next time you sign in.

11. Where disputes go

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Michigan. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest still applies.
