A method, not a guess

Find the exact foods causing your stomach pain, one at a time

By the end of 8 weeks you will know exactly which foods cause your stomach pain, one at a time, with proof from your own log, so you can eat again without guessing or fear.

Gabe is not a doctor. This is the method that worked for him, in his own words, not medical advice.

My story

I started having stomach problems young. At 5 I ate cherries we'd just picked and got violently sick. At 13 I ate golden crisp apples my dad had left out for deer, and hours later I had cramps so bad I thought I was going to die.

Flare-ups became a pattern in my twenties, every six months, out of nowhere, pain so extreme I thought I was dying. I tried raw food diets, all-banana stretches, green juice fasts. Each one worked for a while, then failed without warning. A road trip with my brother ended with coconut-covered dates, three days in the hospital, and an assumed ulcerative colitis diagnosis.

Then came the five-day ICU stay. One night my pain shot came without the anti-nausea med, and I had a full-blown panic attack alone in the room, screaming for over thirty minutes before a doctor finally came. I woke up the next day with the worst headache of my life. They found a small bowel obstruction. Nobody had a real answer.

Over the next years I collected guesses instead of answers: an oncologist pushed Remicade, a chemo drug, for six months with no real diagnostic reason, and it put me to sleep for three days after every dose. Doctors floated Crohn's, colitis, diverticulitis. A gallbladder removal and a sphincteroplasty were both tried as fixes and both made things worse. Steroids helped the pain but left me blind in one eye for three months.

In 2020 my heart stopped, from years of Adderall stacked with weed and caffeine, on top of two decades of flares and steroids. After a tertiary workup at University of Michigan found nothing, my own doctor told me plainly: if they can't help you, you'll be in this pain for the rest of your life.

I stopped waiting for someone else to find the answer. In 2022 I built my own system: a short suspect list starting with skins, seeds, nuts, and rough fiber, a daily log, removing one food at a time, and re-testing to get proof instead of fear. I have not had a true flare since, and I have not been back in the ICU for my stomach.

I still get occasional bad days, and now I always know why. I work ten-hour shifts. I eat foods that used to scare me. This course is the method, laid out step by step, so you can build your own answers instead of guessing.

The method

STEP 1FIND — Suspect ListBuild a short, ranked list of likely trigger foods instead of trying to eliminate everything at once.
STEP 2LOG — The Meal-Symptom BridgeWrite down what you ate and what happened for 24 hours, because memory lies about which meal caused which flare.
STEP 3REMOVE — One-Food-OutTake out exactly one suspect food at a time so you know which one actually mattered.
STEP 4RE-TEST — The Comeback MealDeliberately eat the food again and watch, turning a guess into proof.
STEP 5KEEP — The Working ListSort every food into a confirmed Cut List or a confirmed Safe List and build real meals from both.

This is for you if

  • You've already cut out random foods on your own and you're still in pain
  • You've been told 'just avoid gluten' or 'try low FODMAP' with no plan for what comes next
  • You've been through testing, specialists, maybe even surgery, and still have no real answer
  • You want a system you run yourself, on your own kitchen and your own schedule
  • You're willing to write down what you eat for a few weeks, even when it's annoying
  • You want proof before you give up a food for good, not a guess

This is not for you if

  • You want a supplement or a quick fix instead of doing the tracking
  • You have alarm symptoms and haven't seen a doctor yet
  • You're not willing to log meals for at least 2-3 weeks
  • You want someone to hand you a list of 'bad foods' instead of finding your own
  • You're currently mid-flare from a diagnosed condition your doctor is actively treating and hasn't cleared you for dietary changes

Questions

Is Gabe a doctor? No. He is not a doctor and this course is not medical advice. He teaches the method that worked for him, based on his own experience, and shares what he took, what he refused, and what to ask your own doctor about.
Will this cure my IBS or diagnose what's wrong with me?No. This course does not promise a cure or a diagnosis, and it doesn't promise every trigger will be found or that pain will fully disappear. It gives you a process to find your own answers.
How long does the method take? Most people work through the full cycle in about 8 weeks, though removal windows alone run 14-21 days per food, so testing several suspects takes real time.
Do I need to log every single meal?Yes, at least for the first 2-3 weeks. The log is what closes the gap between what you ate and what you felt a day later. Module 4 shows shortcuts to make it sustainable.
What if I have alarm symptoms like blood in my stool or a fever?Stop and see a doctor first. This course is not for active red-flag symptoms or for mid-flare situations your doctor is already treating.
What's the difference between the Full Course and adding Coaching? The course teaches you the full method yourself. Coaching adds weekly review of your log and guidance on what to test next, for anyone who wants a second set of eyes.
What's your refund policy?14-day refund on the self-paced course, no questions asked, as long as you've completed and logged at least your first 7 days. Coaching is billed week to week with no refund on completed weeks.
